- Assembly Instructions Description : Assembly Instructions – Industrial Pipe Clothing Rack with Shelves Before You Start Unpack all components and check against the parts list. Read all instructions carefully before assembly. Recommended tools: drill, level, screwdriver, and measuring tape. Install on a solid wall (stud or concrete recommended for stability). Note: Slight warping of real wood boards is normal. The pipe structure will help straighten them during installation. Step 1: Assemble Bottom Shelf Base Attach vertical pipes (H) to the wood shelf (D) using connectors (F). Secure the base with flanges (K) at the bottom. Ensure all joints are tightened firmly. Step 2: Build Lower Frame Install vertical connectors (G) on top of the pipes. Add the next shelf (D) and secure it with vertical pipe sections. Check alignment and keep all pipes straight. Step 3: Stack Additional Shelves Continue assembling additional shelves (D) using connectors (E) and (F). Build upward layer by layer to form the central shelving unit. Tighten all threaded joints securely. Step 4: Install Side Hanging Rods Attach horizontal rods (B) to the side connectors of the shelving unit. Ensure rods are level and fully tightened. Step 5: Assemble Top Frame Install top horizontal bars (A1, A2) to form the upper hanging structure. Connect vertical pipe (C) and secure with flange (K) at the base. Align all top bars evenly. Step 6: Install Wall Mount Supports Attach wall-mount connectors (J) and flanges (K) to the back-facing pipes. Mark drilling positions on the wall. Drill holes and insert anchors (L) if needed. Secure with screws (M) firmly into the wall. Step 7: Final Mounting and Adjustment Position the entire unit against the wall and secure all mounting points. Use a level to ensure proper alignment. Tighten all screws and pipe connections completely. Final Check Confirm all parts are securely tightened. Ensure the unit is stable and properly anchored. Adjust shelf or rod alignment if necessary before final tightening. Tip: It is normal for wall plates to face slightly different directions during assembly. Final alignment can be adjusted when securing to the wall. After Installation Allow the structure to stabilize before placing items. Distribute weight evenly across shelves and hanging rods.
